The KathyJean.net business website and matching electronic business mail were completely inaccessible to KJ from 5A October 13th until the late morning of October 21st. The entire iModel hosting network, including KathyJean.net, has been offline since the early morning of October 14th. Please see "ALinkPage.com" for full details. KJ sincerely regrets countless assorted delays and other problems caused on and offline (including 550+ business e-mails not recovered until late October), as well as inconveniences created for Kathy Jean's clientele and visitors. KJ is diligent and has been working intensively since regaining partial access to these invaluable communications and business tools on October 21.

Kathy Jean owner/talent Miss Kathy Jean in Pekin IL is deeply grateful to iModel owner/operator Mr. Mark Harper in Oceanside CA, Orbit/The Planet technical support in Houston TX, EZSM technical support in London UK, and Railo Technologies in Switzerland and Florida for laboring nearly non-stop from October 14th through nearly all of November. As it turns out, email accounts on the old server could not be saved. The old server had hardware failure which prevented email accounts from being moved to the new server.
